A wonderful hotel with a nice restaurant and healthy food. Great and stunning location to get to popular Machu Picchu attractions thanks to a train station so close to the venue. Situated in a busy area.

Near a train station, the location was nice and beautiful. The breakfast was savoury at 430am, the food was good.

Perfectly clean and nice styled room and MAGNIFICENT view of the mountains. Lots of supplies in the room: a minibar, satellite TV, and central heating. Marvellous location close to the train stations, good for visiting Machu Picchu.

Liked our 2 days in this hotel, no reason to complain. Beautiful place all in all, has welcoming staff with their service. The rooms are stylish and beautiful with the terrace, a really delicious breakfast and a bath tub.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with lovely hot running water as well as a balcony, which I really appreciated. The breakfast with potatoes and cheese was savoury and satisfactory for what you got.

The hotel had a great location, right in front of the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff were helpful and provided excellent service, assisting with luggage storage and providing maps and information. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including a great shower and reliable wifi.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was so dirty and noisy. It is nearby the train station and noisy all day. The room is dirty and it is too expensive for the hotel. They don't accept credit card. I have to pay us dollar when I arrive.

I did not like the hotel. the location is very noisy. In the offer they do not mention that. it is expensive for what they offer. The picture that they published at the offer it is not the same, When I did the booking. The breakfast was fine.

The hotel did not send a person to meet us a the train station even though the day before we called to check on this service.. The hotel is not worth the price. It is so close to the train tack that only a fence separated you from the station. Yes there are mountain views because there mountain all around. Our view was of the train station and of poor housing along with the mountain.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we knew it was the right choice. The staff were exceptional, checking us in early when our room was ready. The location, nestled in the beautiful Andes mountains, was perfect. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options. Despite being next to the train station, we didn't experience any noise disruptions. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location of this hotel was so convenient for visiting Machu Picchu. It was situated right behind the train station, making it easy to catch the early morning bus. The rooms, although small, were clean and had lovely hot running water for a refreshing post-trek shower. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing good service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was good, with a decent choice of options available if you arrived early enough.

All was great, nothing to improve.
